there are days that I regret not having the ability to be more than I am, or have been, however I lack the ambition to change that so thus I don’t believe regrets should be present

When you placed your hand in mine
The had a brighter shine
When you placed your heart next to mine
I thought it was heaven divine

I wished I were strong enough to overcome my fears
I wished I were brave enough to face the unknown with less caution
I wished I were other than I

Happiness is as a butterfly which, when pursued, is always beyond our grasp, but which if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you.

A special day, in my mind anyhow and a special tribute to someone who has always been special in my life. My Oldest Baby brother, Steven, for today marks his thirty fifth year. I sat and thought about us as children and how he was always the one I leaned on, how we fought and how we depended on one another to save the other one's butt from time to time. Of the trouble he got me into by telling fibs, and how he always seemed the older. Yes I love my brother can you tell. *laughing* As far as brothers go, he's a pretty good one. although we live not far apart we rarely see one another, he has his life and I have mine. But I know if I need him he'll be here as I hope he knows the same for me.

So in closing of today's thought

A huge Happy Birthday to My Little Brother Steven Little brothers are fun to have I remember when we were younger and me being the oldest always wanting someone older than me Well My baby brother volunteered for the job. *laughing* I called him blubber and he always watched out for my well being.

As we got older he would tell me how to behave and when I was messing up. Little brothers are wonderful. These days we don't see each other much even though we live close, but from time to time he still likes to pretend he's my Big Brother..*Laughing*

I'm fortunate to have 4 brothers all younger, and all special in their own right, but I'm luckiest that My brother Steve, is my make believe big blubber
